Heavy's 75th Birthday Bash and Diamond Jubilee in Las Vegas - September 9 - 11, 2024

Okay, the headline pretty much says it all. I've talked about this a bit on Facebook but no so much over here. I just want you guys and gals to put these dates on your calendars and to start making plans.
We're not going to do a traditional class this weekend. For those of you who were around back in the day when we did Crapsfest Weekends in the early to mid 2000's - we're going to structure the weekend somewhat like that. We'll have a central hotel where I'd like the majority of you to stay if possible. I'm working with a host who believes he can get most of you comped or get a good casino rate if you'll come in as a group. This will be an off-strip casino property, but not far off strip. We'll find lower table minimums over the weekend, and the casino will give us private tables on Saturday and Sunday. The idea is to get as many of us together as possible and to play there and around town for as many sessions as you want.
I'll also gather a few of my coaches together and we'll be running some small group sessions on things like BoneTracker, Advanced Betting on the Right Side, Dark Side and Straddle/Hybrid Betting, Guided Imagery and the Crap Between Your Ears, and we'll probably run some Toss Tune Ups as well, either on a private table or over at the dealer school. All of these sessions will likely run around 90 minutes each and with the exception of the toss tune ups, will probably be held in a hospitality suite at the host hotel. There will be a small charge for each break out session. Pre-registration will be recommended but we'll accept on the spot sign-ups on a space available basis.
I would REALLY like to see as many of you old Crapsfest alums show up for this - along with you newer players who have done classes with us in the last ten years or so. In addition to this being my birthday blowout - it's also my 24rd year of teaching dice control for casino craps and advantage craps play in general. I'd like to step up to the table with as many of you as possible before that weekend is over.
As always, I'm planning on doing a "Hangover Monday" that weekend, so if you plan on attending - plan accordingly.
As of this moment, my host has not signed a contract with the hotel for this event, but he's hard at work on it. So hold onto your credit cards and wait until I give you the go to reach out to him and book it. Hopefully, we'll have things squared away and be ready to rock 'n roll within the next few weeks.
