I've been studying and researching various craps strategies before a return to the tables.

The craps denizens of YouTube talk of a Three-Point Blender strategy. Is this a workable or profitable strategy? Can't say that I fully understand their presentation as well as strategies presented in last year's Dark Sider's Ball.

Is their strategy just a variation of ShootItAll's One Hit--Can't Miss or DarthNater's Favorite?

Just trying to add more strategies to my Craps playbook for dealing with transition opportunities or randies stepping up to the table.

I tried watching that strategy on YouTube six or eight months ago when the guy who posted it jumped on every craps group and posted links to it. After about 3 minutes of it I was completely lost and turned it off. I hate to pick on these guys but most are complete idiots just trying to pick up 1000 followers so they can monetize their channels. They've even got me considering starting a YouTube channel where I do reaction videos to their stupid craps videos. I can go ahead and record canned reactions in advance and just edit them into the reaction points. "Holy shit!" or "You gotta be effin' shitting me!" or "What did you do with the money your mama gave you for a math tutor?" or my favorite for these dice control "coaches," "if I wanted to see wounded ducks fly across a field of green I'd watch Duck Dynasty videos."

I did an article on one of my FB groups recently where I anonymously critiqued two videos I watched (without identifying the "coaches") and in both cases people messaged me telling me the name of the person I was talking about - spot on.

My point - 80 percent of these goons don't have a clue. They're just trying to build followers to monetize their channels. The 20 percent that have a clue don't know how to present their ideas in a clear and logical format so their content is clear as the Mississippi River - old Big Muddy.

Maybe someone else has watched that strategy and gets it.

If its the strategy im thinking of, it almost a grind .... i actually tried it about a year ago i guess with $25 chips ... basically was a breakeven for me.

I channel named El Torro. 3 point blender el torro style has about as good an explanation of it i have seen. He used black chips with random rolls best i remember. Anyway, his explanation made most sense. But ya gotta be on top of whats working when.

The blender only works on high bets, you are aiming for DCs to get bucked. (DC Travel, you place the number it travelled to for the DC amount)

Problem is, one or two 11s when you have a DC up kills your 'grind' for the last hour.

Gotcha. The Internet is full of guys who reinvent classic betting strategies, rename them and call them their own. Oscar's Grind has been used for Craps by Don't Players for years. I recall years ago Dylanfreake played around with it for awhile.

I am pretty sure Oscar's grind was in Gambling Times Guide to Craps. N B Winkless broke down a bunch of systems in that book, one of my favorites. I think it came out in the early 80's. Meanwhile, he even alluded to DC believe it or not so that tells you quick that some guys are FOS on "inventing" DC. Then, too, if you watch some old movies from the 30's, 40, 50's and see a craps table, you will notice this is before the pyrimid rubber on the ends. Flat. So, that tells you that casinos were aware of mechanics.
