I know, within this forum, they are all in here...and in one thread or a thousand different ones but, I thought I might get several of you to drop your favorite, go to, money making, every day BEST craps betting strategies here. I have been war gaming as many strategies as I can find with different dice sets lately, to see what seems to work well for myself. Was hoping to have a compiled thread to work from.

Right Side/Dark Side, it don't matter...let er rip. Even brag about it or tell us a tall tale!

All and any are much appreciated.

Find a 100X odds casino and run a negative progression on the Free Odds bet. Example:

$10 pass line - $10 odds
$10 pass line - $10 odds
$10 pass line - $20 odds
$10 pass line - $30 odds (looking for two wins back to back - this is a fibo progression)
$10 pass line - $50 odds
$10 pass line - $80 odds (you're $300 in on the Free Odds wagers now)
$10 pass line - $130 odds
$10 pass line - $210 odds (you're $640 in on the Free Odds wagers now)
$10 pass line - $340 odds
$10 pass line - $550 odds
$10 pass line - $890 odds

If you've lost 11 consecutive wagers you're an idiot and have no business playing the game. You should have hit your loss limit somewhere around loss #7. You've placed a LOT of money at risk playing what is essentially a due number strategy. Remember, this is a Fibonacci play so whenever you WIN one bet your next bet is the SAME BET. If you win two in a row you start the progression back over at $10. If you LOSE the second bet then you continue with the next bet in the series.

Not for everyone - but slapping down larger odds in a house that allows it can get you back in a hurry. And more importantly - over the long run the house has no edge on those odds bets.

Then again, you could just empty your rack and put it all in the Field. . .

Let me add to this that you don't HAVE to run a negative progression to get the same results. I have been known to count my chips, see that I'm down $200 and put $200 odds out on the next Pass Line wager. It's sweet when it comes home. It's going home time when it's not.

I have seen one player at Cromwell making use of 100x odds but by way of put bets.

$10 on each number after point established. $200 odds, to $500 on first hit (dropping money for dealer as necessary on 6 or 8) to $1000 odds then same bet if he got hits at that level.

Arrogant m*ther f*cker he was too as I had earlier seen him at the Rio with one side of the table set at $25 effectively giving him a private end whilst everybody else crowded on the $10 other side. He actually rolled well to be fair and on leaving I shook his hand and said nice job.

So the same character turned up at Cromwell that night, bought in for 5k and started to bet as described above. "How'd you do at Rio earlier" I said. "Huh" he replied "Yes, I saw you have a nice session at Rio earlier today". "Err no that must have been another black dude who looked like me" came the response.

Perplexed, I gave up the chat, sensing I was on a loser no matter what I said. Convinced it was my man, I finally settled my mind when looking down a while later and saw the same white, nike sandal type footwear containing his bare feet which I had noticed him wearing earlier at Rio.

Anyway, I digress, but I had forgotten to tell this little story on my own thread at the time. He soon burnt through 5K betting as he did.

Strategy on myself only. Everyone else Come Bet with single odds and win and expand bets as warranted.

My personal dice set that produces 7's and 11's on Come out. As many as I can get and usually rack but with multiple wins on Come Out may stack or partial stack some of them. My aim is to win enough for my starting point odds to be free to my bankroll and free of vig---double win in my book!

After point is set then $204 across. 2 hits which produce approx $100 then regress to not more than $60. No carney bets or high vig bets but just straight place and pass with odds bets.Build up and Out from there on a longer hand. Also have experimented with starting $408 and so far so good but not yet comfortable with this higher bet all of the time. Working towards that as confidence builds. This works well for me as my tendency to PSO or PPSO is about half or less than random. Seems like every time I try to push for 3 hits and then regress it is not a good play for me. Success with this play will depend on your individual tendencies as shown by Bonetracker stats. If my Toss looks off during Come Out or if I am on a totally new table then I will not use this play. MOST of the time this is my go to betting strategy.

Thanks...Good one rhythm roller! Yes, this has been my best strategy war gaming so far.

I just tip toe in as Heavy says. I usually do a $12 PL and $12 6&8 WOTCO with the All 7's set, then bump up to $32 or $34 inside with odds. I usually get a push or a 6 or 8 to start with. It's great to start off with a little extra cash for a free odds bet! I start off easy with a two hits and down approach and then work for the point. After I work up some winnings, I escalate my inside bets by another unit every hand on out if the toss stays on axis. I'll also shoot for that third and fourth hit, then regress.

Iron Cross on a $10 table. 5 6 8 at $15 $18 $18 plus $10 field. Two hits and down. Field bet will always be half or so of place bet win.

Progress up a unit on place bets after third series but field will always be half of pay out of place bet.

It's a tough discipline play but worth it when it happens.

IF I were going to play the IC I'd go with $85 inside plus $15 in the Field. Limit myself to two or three hits and down. Even at that level, you're risking $100 to win $15 to $25 (unless you count the 2 and 12). I need more bang for my buck.

The Iron Cross aka: A bunch of other names for the same system.....
...Some approaches more well thought out than others......
.
Should the five, six eight AND THE SEVEN show up
other than the two,three,four.nine,ten,eleven,twelve
you may experience Wager Interupt-us or the possibility of smaller( reduced ) return-2-us
( at best as some systems reduce the size of the Field Wager )
.
.
S I A once shared a free of cost site that listed near every system / methodology
concocted
ever since Jump Street using sheep knuckles or river rocks or highly compressed cotton balls
or whatever was at hand to manufacture dice cubes.....
.
It may still be out there in cyber-land....( I think there was the original by someone named Jim
& a knockoff of the original named Star something )
.
The I C may be less suited for back to back long string wagering roll after every roll to the Hand Terminates......
Occasionally you may share a craps table with a player( or player/team/partner ) timing an entry point
counting the number of Not A Field Number who working with a confederate
may be able to pull off the TWO LEGS of this Wager Plan / Methodology.....
.
It takes by far more clocking of a craps table than the
Typical Action Junkie
has the patience to play a waiting game....
...at that ,
the DRAW DOWNS may discourage those not BANK ROLLED to take it to the Cashier's Cage.....
.
One dealer recounted observing greater than twenty (20 ) Not-A- Field tosses ,counting the SEVENS and 5,6,8
before one Field number showed..............
Percentage wise , the Five,Six,Eight and THE SEVEN weigh in a BIG % against the Field Leg of the I C....
( Even when setting the Cross Sixes for more outside numbers).
.
Could a player win by incorporating it into play......?
.
David did put a knot on Goliath's forehead.....and Jack got the better of the Been Stalk Giant....
.
All a fella has to do is go against some casino adhering to the House Rules and the ODDS..........

just me saying

What dice set do you guys utilize or does it matter to you?

If I'm going to make any Field bets, I use the 2V or I am just throwing away money usually.

Used to play the IC for one hit after 6 rolls. $30 6 and 8 (leave out the 5) + $15 field, come down 6 and 8 and go $20 field if a field hits. It was see a field, play a field. Yes..2V worked pretty good for that or 11 set.

RR, Stratocasterman,
I have been playing around with this quite a bit lately
But I am pushing it further....
Using a world bet, first hit if it hits (craps), I replace my line bet. If 7 or 11 I press my world bet.
Second hit, I press again, this time adding a chip for the staff...game on.

It is not that unusual to get a series of hits, so yes, you certainly can make your odds, or more.

What is not so obvious here is the excitement you can create with the staff. (Even other players) Lots of good will, and they will really watch over you after that.
I find this useful. Anything that is just a bit different. Like when Heavy gets paid for a 90 dollar 6,8 or 75 dollar 5,9. Give them the red as a piggy back. Add a white chip if 6,8....Say Give me the green, you drop the red or piggyback it. They always piggyback it. Always!

Memo...what dice set do you utilize with this strategy, Straight Six? I've been thinking about this type of CO roll on occasion...
Thanks

Stratocasterman,

I just use 'kissing aces. 6,5 5,6
I know there are others, but with this, I can set quickly and very commonly get a long string of hits.
I have had sessions where the staff, after observing several come out rolls, will begin to press with me.

Thanks...Yes, I saw that set on Howard's website the other day. Think I will toss that around some in practice and see what shows up. Looks great for on on-axis CO shot.

I use a variant of the 2v. I'll have the 4/6 on top. Set the 2v but tilt it over to get the 4/6 on top.

WOTCO to get a head start.

Are you sure? You can't have 65/56 and have 1's kiss, only 3's or 4's

True HoO, kissing threes! Yes, I used that today, and first time out of the block, I tossed 7,11,7,11 then a 4 on a $10 PL w/$2 C&E...nice.

I'll remember that when I set the 10 as the point in the future (or the Hard 5 for that fact). I use the 2V with the Hard 4 on top when I have a point of 4. I hit it quite frequently.
