The $900 Toss - Making the ATS

Setting and influencing the dice roll is just part of the picture. To beat the dice you have to know how to bet the dice. Whether you call it a "system," a "strategy," or just a way to play - this is the place to discuss it.

Thx DarthNater--good win.
I find ATS profitable when doing only one side at a time. I typically choose that side based on which end seems to be showing the most for that session, and I also track the ratio of 2/3 vs 11/12 , when selecting the side.

DanF:
Thx for post--when switching between your three sets do you do them in a particular order and is the
next set chosen based on what was produced by most recent set?
Thx

Continued Success, Tgold
All the best,

I think this needs a bump.... and a tidbit

I’ve been running transpositions on the 24 sets in my Coaster Group. During our Biloxi seminar I was using two of those sets that appeared to be two’s rich. Neither performed well and after further analysis evolved to another set that produced strong results on 2s, 3s, with above random results on 12s.

This seems to be working more as predicted after tossing this past weekend with the March class.

Bottom line - working thru sets in casinos is a better way to assess effectiveness, so don’t be afraid to try a bunch of stuff and keep notes on what works where.

I think this is really true. However it is really difficult for those of us that only get to venture to the casinos occasionally. For example i have been working on a couple of different SR tosses along with my SL 1 preferred spot almost daily. While my dice have looked as good or better, SR just hasnt produced the same results, until recently. The last two months the SR has been really strong but since i have not played a live game in months i would probably pick SL still if i went today.

I am glad there are guys like you on this forum that are able and willing to post your exploits an ideas on your weekly adventures. I will be bold the next time i go (after i hit the ATS from SL) :D

I guess i really dont have an excuse anymore since Oklahoma has dice and i have casinos just 25 and 35 minutes away. I just hate the ante and dont like the tables at one and the other doenst have the ATS(i realize that is a good thing for some) but i cant seem to shake playing it.

Well, you still need to work out your sets in practice first, and you need to know which ones of them produce what results. Then if necessary, start with a minimum bet on the DP and toss. Eventually you will see what you get with the new sets and practice switching between them. You'll likely learn a lot.

I think a practicing DI from nearly any other table position is a better bet than most, so go ahead and tiptoe in and find a good LZ. We're likely in plexi/covid mode for the next six months, and remember you only need 5 numbers for a side, keep charging, DN8R
