DN8R: You never really know any other's players implicit motivations and goals at the crap table. At some basic level, of course everyone wants to walk away a winner. If the fellow betting one yellow chip on DP per shooter was being earnest when he said "not to lose', he may have just been trying to run up his rating and comps. I assume that betting $1,000 per shooter will earn you pretty good comps pretty quickly.

Of course you technically don't have to be wealthy to pull that off. You can get a $5,000 maker and get 4 yellow chips and 10 black chips, and just sit there betting the DP line at $1,000 per shooter. Of course, you have the chance of utter ruin (four shooters each make their first point). I am sure someone can run the math of that happening, vs a mix of WIN and loss decisions. I guess it would be good to scope out the way the table was tracking before pulling a stunt like that.

Sounds like he was anti-social. His loss. He could have learned something from the Sith Lord.

Yeah...I am not sure DN8R would step up to a table if this guy was playing on it.

Well NOLA & Biloxi aren't exactly the most wretched hives of scum and villainy.......

Regardless, Ferengi, bounty hunters, assassin droids, the Sith Lord works with everyone; as this clip shows:
