Re: Buy Silver Now....

I have a $1000 face bag of 90% silver Washington quarters I'd like to get rid of if anyone is interested.

Re: A Negative Progression Baccarat Study/Strategy

Through some trial and error, it is like looking like getting out with a 25 to 40 unit drawdown is working okay. I am thinking that bailing at 25 - 30 units lost may be better for my recovery but I need to work through a few more (dozens) shoes. And I think I could comfortably make a 40 - 50 unit b...

Re: Let's Build a DON'T Strategy from the Ground Up

My fundamental view in this is easy: build whatever strategy you want from the don'ts but if you start having to hedge your DPs and DCs right from the off, the strategy is instantly flawed. DOUBLE BA-DA BOOM! Ditto here. On a 10X or higher game I'd make one DP bet and $30 odds, no matter what the p...

Re: The Soyonara Bet

I'd use it to take a shot on a slot machine. Biggest slot win I ever had was after a run at the table and decided to try a hundred in a double diamond $25 slot. It kept giving me small hits so I pressed it up to 2 credits and hit Double Double Red Seven for 16K. That was back in the late 90's.

Re: Comparative Strategy Analysis

Mss, Thanks for the answer to my question. One more question. Then 3X odds on the point instead of placing it? 3x odds and regress to 1 unit after 2 hits. Playing at the $15/5 level, a pass line with double odds and regress to just the pass line would be ok too. That would depend on bankroll and ho...

Re: Comparative Strategy Analysis

I just bet standard 3 unit bets across and regress to 1 unit after 2 hits instead of making staggered bet amounts.

As an example. $15 on each number $18 6/8 and regress to $5 on each number $6 6/8 after 2 hits. From there press as you see fit or same bet, whatever fits your style of play.

Re: Comparative Strategy Analysis

Since I'm a keep it as simple as possible type of person, I'll stick to the MP 204 across variation that I have tweaked for my own personal preferences. The AH280 makes my head hurt and I'd be afraid of a dealer coming across the table to choke me if I played it regularly. Note on the last charts th...

Ahigh's 280 play on myself or a known DI. It was new to me recently but essentially all numbers covered to win 50 per hit. Two hits and down and off for a happy finish, or alternatively a DIY job if it goes tits up :). Either way you know your fate very quickly. I like that one too. I've been playi...

Re: Running a Progression for 7's on the hop for D-Side shooter?

I have only made 1 hop bet in my life. Over a year ago the wife and I was alone at a table at bally's in Vegas. She had already made 4 different points when I told the dealer she was going to make all six, I could feel it. The ten was the last point, I hopped the hard 10 for $5 and that is what she ...

Re: "The Great Math Mystery"

The math is static. Disclaimer: I use strategy's every time I play craps as does everyone. Deciding whether to play or not is a strategy. What happens when we use strategy's is we're hoping to catch the desired side of probability on the current and future rolls by at least partially basing our deci...

Re: Playing to Lose

For me it's my bread and butter underhand grip with the hardway set. The change is I shift my grip slightly to the right so my middle finger has more contact on the right die and increase the revs. I believe the main reason is you lose the dice on a seven out. Back in the day when the boats here wer...

Re: Blackjack without busting.

Say what you will but, using a 13 level negative progression on the web's BlackJack Strategy Trainer, I beat it 24 out of 25 times with an average win of $100 in about 30 hands. I have found that RNG Blackjack sims have less volatility than live games because a RNG doesn't wash the cards with the r...

Re: Blackjack without busting.

Using a never bust strategy the house edge is around 4%, depending on the table rules. I will have to admit that the first time ever playing blackjack in the 90's that's the way I played. Bought in for $20 at a $2 table and left with $60. Thought I'd found the keys to the vault. lol. That feeling di...

Re: Choppy tables. What’s your trick to beat it?

Nice win even with all the black cats running under the table.

FYI : Most $1000 limit joints will let you go $1200 on the 6/8 if that would have worked for your progression. $1500 for one black never sounds bad when you get to say it. ...........

That's one of the things I like about the bubbles. You can make odds or place bets that aren't proper on a live table and the most you can get chumped on the payout is less than 1 cent.

Do you have any idea of the value of unclaimed TITO dollars each year? I know I've contributed to that number a couple of times. It's probably a significant amount but less than the money they saved from reduced labor cost. I still remember back in my military days we were in Lake Tahoe back when o...

When you consider the number of casino patrons in 5 years that is a pretty small number. It's another case of what probably started as a law with good intentions, protect granny from losing her SS money because she dropped her ticket, that morphed into something that people with a burr under their s...
