Re: Pissed & depressed... your strategy when you're not alon
OK, this may sound silly but it sounds like from your description that it might be cheaper to get a room than to continue playing Craps when you have either won big or lost big. Do you get any room comps? Maybe you could use them for "emergency" situations and only use the room for the few...

Re: Now, You Can Obtain "The Strategy" for... *FREE !!! ;
Gargoil, To be fair to Obie, I think to answer our questions well will take a bit more thought than the one he gave RBBSR1 which was that he will let him know the next time he is in Tunica. Simple and polite. I don't have a problem with a little patience in waiting for the answer to my question. Tha...

Re: Now, You Can Obtain "The Strategy" for... *FREE !!! ;
Obie, If I wanted to take you up on your offer, realistically, how much money would I need to bring with me and be prepared to possibly lose to match your bets for 10 sessions? I only say be prepared to lose because that is the reality any time any of us go to a Craps table regardless of the play pl...

Re: CRAPS VS ROULETTE
Yup, I have to agree with Freak on this one.
Here is my opinion.
If you bet a lot to win a little you may well have winning streaks but with just one loss you have a lot of ground to make up. Overall, it sounds like a stone cold loser to me.

Re: Thinking out loud (I know the easy answer....)
For me, I like one or two larger bets instead of multiple smaller ones unless my hand and previous hits has gone far enough to warrant some spread. I think you already have all of the right information in your post. I think it comes down to personality and knowing well what your shot will usually pr...

Re: The concept of "Stupid Money"
Gargoil, I can relate! I think my bankroll is much different from yours but here is what I do. If I go to Vegas for a week I allow myself $100 of stupid money for that week. I keep it separate from my other bankroll and expense money and I just use it for frivolous bets. Actually, to me a frivolous ...

Re: I realize the Fire bet is a bet in favor of the casino .
I have been in the occasional casino where they DO require a line bet before you can bet the Fire. Guess they don't want any players taking up table space and renting that space for only $1. This seems to be the exception though and may even be shift dependent at those casinos. Just FYI that you may...

Re: Front Money
1) Will users be able to withdraw using the card to get cash from the cage? 2) If the banks allow a transfer to the card, will the casinos allow a transfer from the card back to the bank?. Bankerdude, Yeah, good questions and I sure don't know the answers. Hopefully they will work all the kinks out ...

Hi All! Since we were talking about this subject I found the casino news I read this AM of particular interest. This idea is not exactly about Front Money but maybe some day it will evolve to be useful instead of doing the Front Money account. I am pasting the article I read below so read and enjoy....

Re: Front Money
Hi MP, I also have a question regarding a Front Money account. Say you win a bit of money at the casino where you have a Front Money account established. Would the casino be willing to add these winnings to your Front Account? I would guess that this answer will be yes. If you add the winnings to yo...

Re: Setting 7's on the C/O - then going for the Fire Bet !
SE, Very good thoughts. I enjoyed your thinking process and break down of your current situation with these all 7 sets. I recently found what I think is the perfect Come Out set for me to use. It is showing great potential but I think only for my use and my tendencies. If I miss on the Come Out 7 th...

Gargoil, I think you stated in another post that you are fairly new to DI. When I was new to DI I also had trouble thinking about everything at the table and thinking too much at the table was definitely a buzz kill to my DI toss. I think right now you sound like you are in exactly the right place w...

Re: Accept the small profit & run?
Always a tough decision for me as well! We all love to PLAY!! Rules for myself are (1). How did my dice look? (2) Am I tired physically or mentally after my last hand? For me take stock and then increase it by half as I am usually more tired than I think. (3) Has the table filled up? How long till I...

Re: Parlaying the DC and Come and DP and Pass on comout
I'm not a fan of the stack em don't rack em on the come out. In the case that a come bet wins on an 11, I tend to take the $10, and place or press with it instead of continuing on the come. This plays into my preference, to get come bets off the board as quickly as possible. If I have a come bet th...

Re: Bdalt system - anyone try this yet?
I just read the DBalt. Seems like a pretty reasonable way to play with low house edge bets. I don't think the casinos in Las Vegas use the Odds bet to rate your comps. I don't think this type of play in Vegas would do anything for a comp rating. Do they use the Odds bet to rate comps in other parts ...
