Why don't you include Mad Professor in your list of those who make a living off of it?

Re: Rolls for testing a betting system.

Yes, The book 72 hours says it has a slight Don't bias.

I'm not able to find it right now, so don't remember how much it is.

I don't have the Zuma book so don't know what it shows.

Re: Rolls for testing a betting system.

I have a roll file of the rolls from 72 Hours at the Crap Table, but I've never seen a roll file from Zuma. Do you have one?

On average the fellow taking odds should lose 7 cents on each bet and the flat bettor should lose 24 cents.

Re: What is your "Qualified shooter" method.

Put in simple terms. First throw is a seven or eleven. "Pass line winner".

or first throw is a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10. What ever that first number is, is repeated before a 7 is the throw. "point established and made"

I believe Crapless is also at SAMs,a Boyd property, at Hollywood , a Penn National property and it may be at other casinos in Tunica.

If you were to see a slow motion of most attempts at a controller throw,I suspect more than half would not show the dice leaving your fingers at the sme time.

Re: Tier Point question

supposedly it varies depending on how much you bet, what you bet, and how long you play.

I.e. a prop bet earns more tier than a pass line bet does and probably your odds bet earns no tier points.

Re: What happened to regression strategies?

Heavy, I don't know if we agree on betting sessions with regression or not! A group of sessions at some point equal the long run and then the math of the game is controlling as it relates to random throwers and therefore I am saying no betting system over comes the math of the game. What is the long...

Sorry Heavy, not jumping on you in particular. That error on 3/2 payoffs on 5/9 is my pet peeve and I've seen too many people in Tunica mess that up.

Upsets me as much as people betting the corner 6/8, which I guess you can't do in NJ.

I still contend that no betting method can change the math of the game, except for individual sessions.

Hate to be a pest but $40 no 5/9 is not a proper bet unless you are saying $39 with $1 vig paid up front.

Re: Comparative Strategy Analysis

Ahigh, I haven't tried to run any numbers, but wonder if the difference is some way tied to the fact that you are betting $40 more money and you have a positive advantage on your money. If 7 people bet the $240 and 6 people bet the $280, the total amount at risk for each approach would be the same. ...
