Heavy and Howard’s Tunica Craps Clinic – May 18 – 20th

This year instead of holding our Tunica craps clinic in the heat and humidity of late Summer, Howard and I will be headed to the Mid-South’s premier gaming destination during Memphis in May – May 18 – 20 – the same weekend as the World BBQ Championships in Memphis.  BBQ and Craps – there are few things that go together better.

How about a trip down the Blues Highway, a rack of ribs from Interstate BBQ, or a couple of cold one’s at BB King’s place in Memphis? They’re all just down the road from Tunica. The Tunica market offers some of the best craps games in the country. You’ll find low limits, great odds, and playable tables around every corner. Plus you’ll have the opportunity to step up to those tables with your coaches with no additional live session surcharges.

Why not plan to arrive in the Cotton Patch a day early, hook up with friends from prior seminars and get a little play in before the “official” fun begins? Then join us Friday night for our traditional “Dutch” Meet and Greet Get-Together. Join us at the bar, knock back a few, renew old friendships and make new ones. Afterwards you’ll be on your own to hit the casinos alone or in teams as we attempt to tame the tables. But don’t blow the entire bankroll Friday night. You’ll definitely want to have some cash in reserve when we take on the tables throughout the weekend.

Saturday morning we’ll crank up at the local dealer school, where Howards and I will kick things off by demonstrating out tosses before getting to work on yours. Then we’ll move on to the major topics of the morning:

Correct Table Positions – stick left isn’t the only spot in town!
Correct Dice Sets and how to get there quickly!
Correct Grip for you based on the physical shape of your hand.
Correct Toss for you – depending on your physical stature and ability.
Focus, Breath Control, and Landing Zone
Visualization and the Mental Edge

Each attendee will receive a one-on-one toss analysis with Heavy and Howard as we work to get your toss to the best it can be. You’ll receive a full array of handouts, including a personalized toss improvement plan. But don’t just come out for the personal toss instruction. You’ll learn as much or more by watching Heavy and Howard coach the other attendees.

After lunch we’ll return to the dealer school to continue to work on tosses, test out what we learned in mock sessions, and get a peek at some of Howard’s latest and greatest “shots” geared toward taking your game to the next level. I’m thinking this one will be the BEST Tunica class ever!

Saturday’s session is available stand-alone at the following pricing: Axis Power Craps Alums can sign on for a half-day tune up/hook up session for just $299 – or the full day Saturday for $499. Sign on at the following links:

If you haven’t yet purchased my Axis Power Craps Seminar on DVD we’ll throw that in as well. But that’s not all. This special deal INCLUDES the live session with the coaches at noon on Saturday plus two ADDITIONAL live session with the coaches on Sunday. Register early because we have a limited number of slots available for both alumni and new students. Slots will be filled on a first come – first serve basis.

Want to learn more about becoming a consistent winner at the casino? Sunday morning Heavy will be conducting a special 3 hour Advanced Betting Strategy class for a maximum of six students. You’ll learn Heavy’s favorite press moves for casino craps and his secrets for getting money off the table. You’ll learn the roll tracking and wheel sectoring technique Heavy has been using successfully at roulette for over 15 years, Heavy’s “ABB” strategy for Baccarat, and his EZ “115 Count” Blackjack strategy (No, you don’t have to count to 115). Each game comes with its own manual with play by play instructions. Pick up a “sit down” game for those times when you need a break from craps. Diversify and increase your winnings. Here’s how the schedule breaks down:

Craps 90 minutes 8:00 – 9:30 AM
Roulette 30 minutes 9:30 – 10:00 AM
Baccarat 30 minutes 10:00 – 10:30 AM
Blackjack 30 minutes 10:30 – 11:00 AM

This three hour class is bargain priced at $299 per person. Maximum number of students is six. Sign on at the following link:

  • When Craps Turns to Crap

Let’s face it. It happens to all of us. For one reason or another, skills we’ve developed at home don’t make the transition to the casino. Blame it on variance, bad luck, or something you ate for dinner – sometimes the correct craps play is no craps play. So…

Craps wouldn’t be a game of chance if you knew the outcome of the roll in advance. Why? By definition, the outcome of any game of chance must be uncertain. The branch of mathematics that deals with this uncertainty is called Probability.
