At our favorite very close by casino, I decided to get on the crap table. $15, have to rethink how to bet at 3x. I'm on the hook and these two older looking guys are having fun and loud, straight out and the other hook. I felt something compelling me to bet, bought the 10 @ $35, $20 in the field and $15 on the hard 10 and of course some for the dealers. PAYDAY, both these guys roll back to almost back hard 10's, or it came up a lot, $200 buy-in walker with $1525. Still learning me how to bet craps on a "budget" or under $400.00 bank roll (both me and the wife)

Yesterday we were in Vegas and on Monday the wife hits a small pot for $1475.00 then Tuesday the wife hits it for $11,595.00, awesome vacation, comp rooms and limo to drive us around. The Palms Casino AYCE lobster- you gotta go and stuff your face with lobster. Wife paid for that meal.

It was called the Treasure Box, next to the cashiers cage and 007. The security guy told the wife that as long as he's been there he has not seen anyone win on that machine, total of 4 (2x2)

I've had SOME luck on the slots at Palms. I'll have to check that one out. My problem (who doesn't play slots and have this problem?) is that I keep recycling wins until they're losses. I need to apply my craps money management skills to slots - or just stop playing the damn things altogether. Problem is - that's where I take my cigar breaks since most of the casinos in Vegas won't let you huff a cigar at the tables anymore. Sigh. It is what it is. Congrats on the win. That's huge on a $400 buy in.
