Mayweather-Pacquiao

Believe it or not, craps is not the only game in the casino. Savvy players have a back-up plan for when their craps game is off. If Heavy isn't winning at Craps you're likely to find him playing Baccarat, Blackjack, or even Roulette. If the table games aren't working out he may even take a cigar break in the high limit slot area for a little hit-and-run action. But just like craps - you have to plan your play and play your plan. If you have a question on slots, video poker, carnival games or any table games other than craps, this is the place to post. Let's hear about the games you play when you're not playing craps! What's your game? What's your strategy? How's that working out for you? Inquiring minds want to know!

I've never bet on fights before. If I have a favorite to win, are most Vegas sports books helpful in placing minimal action ?

Yes, the minimums are low for sportsbook wagers.

Market seems fairly settled over here with Mayweather 1 to 2 and Pacquiao 2 to 1

The price of tickets is astonishing

A news commentator mentioned tickets in the nose bleed high altitude area going at $7 K plus with prices escalating as the seating gets more near the ring....Thought I heard greater than $250,000 per one seat at ringside...

Guess the folks with Whale size lines of credit will have first shot...

Well, I guess that question got answered. Good grief! Unanimous decision. Fairly boring defensive fight. $160 Million payday for Mayweather.

And not one cent of it is my money. I don't support the bread and circus hype. Nor do I care about The Derby or The Princess.

The TV has been running ads to buy a tv ticket, $90 bucks, and running them constantly. Then, on two channels, running shorts of previous of their fights. Enough to make you want to puke.
Your craps plan? The dice gods laughed.

They should have fought to a draw so they could do it again this fall.

Did you guys see all the private jets at McCarran airport on TV? I was looking for Heavies caricature on one of the jet tails but I couldn't find it.

Well, luckily here in Mexico we got to see it for free. Would not have watched it if I had to pay for it. Expected a boring fight and it did not disappoint!

Last night's fight in Houston was Alvarez-Kirkland. It only went 3 rounds but at least they were trying to take it to one another for the three rounds. Now that was boxing worth watching! Alvarez finished it with another KO.
