7 lower or higher...

Setting and influencing the dice roll is just part of the picture. To beat the dice you have to know how to bet the dice. Whether you call it a "system," a "strategy," or just a way to play - this is the place to discuss it.

This is the bet [ 7 higher or lower ].

7 higher YOU would bet the 8/9/10/11/ and 12 .

7 lower You would bet the 6/5/4/3/and the 2.

Heavy/ guys/ gals/ How would you BET this new bet in VEGAS.

Jaime.

Not a good bet since it only pays even money.

Does it pay even money on the 2/12 as well? According to Wizard Of Odds, HA on this bet is 16.67% Ouch!

It matters quite a bit.

There is a similar bet listed in WoO called Low Dice, High Dice. The difference is that the 2 and 12 pay 5 to 1 and all the other numbers pay even money. The house edge for this bet is 5.56%

Compare this to the Under 7, Over 7 bet Jaime posted about which pays even money on all numbers including 2 and 12. HA jumps to 16.67%

I saw this bet on one of the tables we played last week. I doubt that I would ever bet it, but if the table also had the ATS bet you might see if one side or the other was dominant and bet it that way. Personally, I'd rather bet all of the hatdways and wait for a parlay opportunity.

Goodmorning,

Does anybody on this board have the skill to throw low numbers OR high numbers at will BY setting the dice?

If you do i think with the right betting system YOU have an advantage on this game.

Among the Advantage Player crowd there seems a consensus
that for the most part "one roll bets are sucker bait "
.
An A P C board member threw out a concept considered a better bet One Roll gamble.
Combine the World aka: Whirl gamble combined with a Three Way Hop at a 3:5 Ratio
Example $5 Whirl/World PLUS $3 Sevens Hop....or $25 World/Whirl + $15 ( 5 : 3 )
.
There are members of this board capable of tossing so as to rake in mucho $ U S D
Roll followed by Mas Roll after Mas Roll multiple times....una y otra vez ..
.
Stuff like that may stay under extreme scrutiny while front loading
newly acquired $ U S D to underwrite a slightly more than "average " hand
on a typical Dice Table....
.
and the beat goes on

just me saying

Shockin bet. They have it at the IP Biloxi. As alluded to above HA is the same as chance of rolling a 7, so 16.67%
