Do you toke the dealers? If so, do you have a toke strategy?

Setting and influencing the dice roll is just part of the picture. To beat the dice you have to know how to bet the dice. Whether you call it a "system," a "strategy," or just a way to play - this is the place to discuss it.

I like to make a dealer bet of some kind right of the bat as well. When i am tossing i usually make a 4&1 horn bet. It has worked out well. If my hand extends i usually put a pass line bet next to mine and a extra dollar on mine to feed their bet as i win. They see as i win they win. If hard ways are rolling i usually piggy-back them on one of them with me. Most of the time i have them pick it to get them involved in the bet. Sometimes i will put them up on the ATS(learned that one from Heavy).

I know i have benefited numerous times because of toking the dealers. I usually do a hand in at the end as well.

I have toked a few shooters, and occasionally i will put a shooter up on bet.

One thing I have done, is ask the dealers where there want there tip placed, between a choice of a pass line bet that I feed with an extra $1 on my pass line bet. The option being one of the low hit high win bets, i.e the fire bet, one part of the ATS bet, those types.

Gets them into it. I'm always surprised when the choose something other than the pass linn.

The casino I frequent the most here, does NOT allow dealer tips! Sure makes things very frustrating! Seems nobody cares much about your bets and you have to watch them like a hawk. This makes it tough while you are tossing IMO.

It is even exacerbated when you have dealers "in training" at the table. I think they need some incentive to learn with a few tips, if they do well and focus. I have been burned by a few of them while tossing before and paying more attention to my toss than my bets...my bad really.

Yes, I have tipped shooters several times after making me a wad of cash on a good roll...why not. I have been tipped a handful of times myself on 30+/multiple pass rolls.
