What is your best method of involving/ toking dealers in the game?

On right side play, I'll usually play $1 on top of my existing PL bet. If it's a good hand, I'll add odds. I also like to place bet the box numbers "player control" for the dealers. I only do this at properties that allow it. Some properties require the dealers to bank all dealer bets. I will then press those "player control" bets every so often as a hand continues. Some of us when playing in a group will press each others dealer place bets.

On darkside play, I'll toke a flat amount after every other win at DP or DC betting.

If it's a table for one I sometimes make DP bets on the flat only. The majority of the time I just do a dealer hand in at color up time if playing the dark side.

A dealer hand in at the end of your session is a nice gesture, but it buys you no goodwill during the session itself. You're better off making some sort of minimal dealer bet whenever you have the dice, but don't bet against yourself. If you have a five or nine as a point - lay $3 on top of your odds for them so that you have control. They get the $2 winnings if you win. You retain the $3 bet. Play $2 on the four or ten. On the six or eight - I'd forget the odds. Maybe toss out a hard six or eight for a buck for the dealers and a couple of bucks for yourself as a minor hedge.

My method from the Don't is to toss a hand in after getting paid for a 7 out. Another option is to put them up in the field.

Or how about this one. "Dollar red for the boys." Go ahead. Give them the worst bet on the layout. It's the number you want anyway. If you don't want to do that give them a Come bet.

I do a two way hard 4, piggy backed, if allowed. If it hits I parlay us both. Gives me some action on both sides.
