Home table workout with a $25 5 and 9. First hit of $35 brings yr footprint down to $15. You can switch the bets over to 6 and 8 for $25 each. Yes, this is weird, but you satisfy the casino and get $29 on a hit. Nothing says you have to put $30 on a 6 and 8. Or you can start out that way on 6 and 8....

How would you play the newer $25 min tables with a buy in under $500? Would you? Should you? I've seen references to the doey/don't. If I was shooting, I would have a tendency to go for the don't, take odds and throw for seven. Maybe this has been covered. If so..refer me.

Exactly so. Of course if i'm shooting dark and i know somebody at the table I'll tell them if they can't see. It's up to them to bet as they want anyway..and I might just have a 30 hand trying to go out. But it's been a long time since anybody has given the stink eye. Seems like playing the darkside...

I've done the DP, but mostly a DC because I prefer waiting past the comeout. DC goes to a number and I follow with a come bet many times hoping for a quick twofer with a seven, but haven't hit the 6 and 8 at the same time. I like that play unless the table has exhibited a few sevens coming fast.

If yr. aces are worth $900, you could simply regress yr. box numbers to the minimum, thereby locking up a lot of money and throw for the aces. You get $900 + a ton of money and put little at risk. It would be a fun position to be in, I'll say that about it.

I'm reading that this is a bet on a random shooter..perhaps one you've scoped out for rhythm or some other good quality. You make no mention of a line bet. Naked come bet meaning..no odds?
