with 80% on axis , i would set the 2V put 200 on the 4 and 10, 100 on the H4 and H10 and carry a bag to put all the money in.

Re: The All, Small or Tall Bet

If I could ever understand the row and column markers, I might give it a little more of a look. For some reason, I can't wrap my little brain pan around how it really all works, how the data gets in there, etc. Old dog, new tricks and all that, I guess. I definitely qualify for the former :) If 22 ...

Re: The All, Small or Tall Bet

I’ve been using my table lammers to track ATS during practice to acclimate for the constant “reminder” that it’s game on. That’s a good idea. I think it’s important to have the “reminder” during your practice sessions. helps me see the hot number I like that aspect as well. 426A324E-87A8-403B-ABCC-...

Re: The All, Small or Tall Bet

Naturally the next time I get the dice, using my primary V2, I roll back-to-back aces and shortly thereafter a couple of ten s. I track where i am at as far as the ATS on every practice hand i toss with a multicolored abacus i made. It is amazing how often this phenomenon seems to occur. i realize ...

Re: The All, Small or Tall Bet

Try a Hardway set with one's on the top and your favorite pair on the side I looked at the hard way set transpositions-lots of sevens in my book of rolls. Just for clarification, i think what hard6 is calling a hardway set is actually parallel or straight 6 sets depending on which pair your put on ...

See you in the morning, let's buy the Bellagio and get rid of the plexiglass....

Re: reference to a post

my betting knowledge obliviously needs more work, trying to understand why line/come/come and three numbers being covered by line/place/place, you would have greater expected value with the line/come/come when analyzing at the meta level. line and 2 place bets could get paid twice in the time it tak...

Re: reference to a post

My reason for being at the casino is to ply my DI skills. I believe this is the underlying reason i play. I was initially drawn to the game by the excitement i saw it create one night passing through a casino. The first time i played i won what i thought was a lot of money at the time but i think t...

Re: reference to a post

To do this well, money should be a tool, not a psychological burden. After a couple of my first trips playing with some more experienced players and talking to them over a meal or two after sessions this is the first thing i picked up on. When i came home i told my wife. "its like they aren't ...

Re: Best way to bet the 7?

Not much better advise than from Heavy and 22. I played around with the iron cross when I first started playing 5 years ago. I don’t want anything to do with the field even though I go in streaks tossing X6s it will suck you in them suck you dry.

Re: reference to a post

Risk aversion is probably still the strongest factor in my betting but is improving as I learn more about the game. Length of session affects me some. I usually start out conservative maybe too conservative and bet more as I get comfortable. Confidence in my skill level is good but confidence in my ...

He does indeed have one of the prettiest toss one will see but if they were perfect every toss then he would never seven out .. would he? ? Disagreeing/Agreeing? i guess it would depend on your definition of "perfect toss". There are so many variables involved, different tables, different...

Re: The All, Small or Tall Bet

I have hit the Tall three times, twice at Bellagio (bet it once, sigh, @ $5), once at GVR for a buck. I mentioned to BD a while back, i have come to the conclusion that if you are trying to hit the ATS you have to bet it all the time. Its the small or tall hits (we only need 1 out of 10) that keep u...

His talent was in suppressing the number 7 . I almost posed this question on the other thread. Is it possible to hold an edge with 7 avoidance without displaying a noticeable edge on one or two specific numbers. I often run streaks for sessions, sometimes even for days of one or two dominant number...

In my opinion, insurmountable on a regular basis, regardless of shooting skill . This sentence sounds ominous, makes me almost afraid to play. Re: 22Inside's Betting Evolution

It started out looking very promising, but proved to be way too volatile over the longer haul. Short to medium hands were killers to the bankroll and were really difficult to recover from. This has been my practice experience as well. I have tired 96 across and even experimented with 160 across wor...

Re: 5 count with the Don't

Alt answer..... for outside points....establish the DP, then do a $30 6 and 8, and lay $60 with the DP. One hit, halve the lay and look for possible transition opportunities this thought process shows me how much more i need to learn about this game, also why i hope to make it to the Darksiders Bal...

Re: Rule of Thumb:Ratio of Dedicated Bank Roll to Buy In to Minimum/Maxium Wager Risk .Do You Have One?

was running $25 minimums on both of their Crapless games over the weekend and $15 - $25 minimums on their regular games. i have run into higher minimums on crapless in the past. Is there a reason for that? Since there are more numbers to cover it requires more at risk to bet across which makes the ...

HoO, I think the Bucs are a solid team. I think they have the best record because they are in the east. I dont think they can score enough to win the championship. I think the shortened season hurts their chances. The teams in the West wont be as tired and beat up as they would have been in a regula...
