Re: Is 20% win realistic?

L2B: My thinking here is that Grafstein might be what you are needing. He put all his buy-in in the front rack and played, taking the winnings to the back rack not to be touched until he had zeroed out in the front rack, then counted to see if he could move up a level (or place an additional bet, us...

Re: The concept of "Stupid Money"

Dork: That is hilarious. I think we have all done stupid things. My earliest recollection of something really stupid: I was either 14 or 15, can't remember but I was driving to the lake to go fishing. I came upon this line of cars going not too fast, so I started passing them until I was behind the ...

If you have not read MP's most excellent articles on "Dodging bullets on the Darkside", you might be enlightened on dodging bullets on the darkside. It is located in the archives of the DiceInstitute board or maybe MP will post a link. I am sure a lot of the newer folks have not read them ...

Re: A different way to guage table success?

Thestoic: This is very similar to Grafstein. He used front rack/back rack. Buyin in the front, collections in the rear. When the front rack was empty, count the back. If he could move up a level, great, if he could remain playing at the same level great, if he had to leave so be it. Then if he had t...

Re: Thinking out loud!!!!

I had heard that it's bad etiquette to take down bets in the middle of the roll. It is not bad etiquette to protect your money. That one you can lay to rest and forget. For myself, I am never sure where the "middle" of a roll is. When PVW was throwing that 92 hand, I simply could not beli...

Guys: Believe it or not, I would like some input on Baccarat. What is the best book to buy covering this subject, your personal opinion. Bones, I would certainly like your input. I cannot stand at the craps table for long sessions anymore. I do very well at hold'em but again I cannot do tournys beca...

Re: The Dark Side personality. Worth it?

Well Spartan: First, welcome aboard to the best craps site around. Heavy is getting packed for a road trip so he may or may not chime in. Here is my take on your session. When playing the dark, heavy has created a "transition move" and "heat seeker" that lets you migrate from the...

Re: Laying the point.

My opinion: Not a bad way to play the dark. You are taking out the seven/eleven CO that seems to wreck a lot of darksiders. I suppose laying the point is about as good as any but it doesn't matter which point you lay. You are in the same boat. Now, on laying the point: I have seen a lot of chicken f...

Chuckmek: I almost like you last strat. Difference is press only the number that hit. Amazing how many times the sister is a wall flower so no reason to romance her.
Regress from $30 each to $18 each, then press only what hits one unit.

Now also, the guy at wincraps does answer emails so if you cannot noodle it out, shoot him a email explaining what you want and he will tell you an answer. BTW: I sort of like that darkside three point molly. I would also try it out with a doey-don't to avoid the sheriff and his deputy

Being a new guy to this forum you are probably overloaded with information. If you are pretty much comfortable with the way you play (read going broke slowly) just focus on those articles and tips that encompass your current play and see how they fit. Most sites try to sell you the Holy Grail of cra...

And from the late great Man in Black:

I bet there's rich folk eatin' in a fancy dining car.
They're prob'ly drinkin' coffee and smokin' big cigars,
But I know I had it comin', I know I can't be free,
But those people keep a movin', and that's what tortures me.

Re: I believe you, I just don't get it

There is no getting around the comeout roll. Heck, I don't even think about it one way or another. In craps, the math is great but it seems the abnormalities of the math happens more often than not. By that I seem to be at that tables when the laws of math seem to be suspended by the gods of chance....

My first WinCraps was on a 5 1/2" disc so that possibly makes me a real fan. This is the best way to work on systems.
Highly recommended from me. By Friday I will have the new Pro version. sia

Jaime: Actually, what the system does is bring up the threads have posted on and then you have to dig them out.
OR you can go to the main page, left click your name, and bring up your profile page, then there is a "view users post", click it and brings up only your post in order
